Rules & Regulations
1. When you decide to join UPS Virtual Air Cargo, you are required to have IVAO account (active account and not being suspended).
2. If you already joined as a pilot and your IVAO account suspended or deleted, the UPS Virtual Air Cargo staff will re-evaluate your membership and take the most appropriate decision regarding with the suspension.
3. Pilots must follow the IVAO Rules & Regulations and comply with it all the time during online activity.
4. Pilots are to exercise good manners and not to causing conflict or arguments over the networks.
5. If UPS Virtual Air Cargo receives report from the networks about the conduct of any pilot, are liable to be dismissed without notice.
6. Pilots are required to flight at least 5 hours per month (be it in a longhaul flight or various shortflights).
7. Staff will be exclude from minimum activity regulation due to extra work keeping the VA.
8. Beware PIREP with more than 15 minute disconnection for IVAO server will be not available to send.
About our Flight Report Systems
There is two ways to send a Flight Report or Pirep.
